This is really good. You've improved alot since you started with digital art. Anatomy is pretty good, and it's a simple bg, but it fits. Also I'd like to say that wolves only use claws when they're diggin or pushing a prey down. And only dogs have claws on it's hind legs.
I'm sure it's suppose to snow, but it somehow looks like it's raining. You could make a harder brush, but at the same time take the dodge tool slightly over the area you painted snow. I like how you drew the legs, and the tail. The glow from the eyes is pretty too.
The shade is simple, but it works with the whole drawing.
I'd like to say that it's the best I've seen from you, so far.
